Receiving EXCELLANT care. Had a triple bypass three years ago and they still have the highest standards and caring and compassionate staff. Couldn't be more satisfied
My son was in horrific car accident but luckily didn't suffer any injuries only internal bruising. His wreck happened outside of New Orleans where he was checked by medical personnel on the side of the road & released. When I got him home, I insisted he be checked. He fell asleep behind the wheel of his truck with cruise set at 80mph on I-10 & t-boned a tree! When we arrived at RRMC, they ask to see pictures of the vehicle and immediately went into action. Filthy from ER on up to the top floor...my husband waited 6 hours for pain meds after repeatedly requesting it and it was way past due...no guest trays any longer for admits spouse etc. Not enough handicap parking.. needs renovations...dated

We have Ben here couple of times and every time we have been here we have had great nurse and aid and wonderful doctors everyone has been very nice and kind to us my son was n a car wreck year ago and he has had knee operation more time then I can count but every time we have had to stay is treated with respect that anyone should receive thank you all
