The staff was so good to us. Thank ya'll for everything.
Was here with my grandma in the ER early Saturday morning. Her nurse, Matt, was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Her doctor appeared very skilled at treating the issue she was transferred from another hospital for and appropriately resolved the issue. My 2 complaints (reason for 3 stars versus 5): er was filthy which is a health hazard for everyone (I've worked at 2 hospitals and never saw such chronically poor housekeeping services). Good hospital I always go here the nurses and doctors are nice in the emergency room you don't wait for hours to be seen it's always clean I wouldn't go to no other hospital..

I was transferred to Rapides form another facility for accute onset of viral pneumonia! The nurses in the ER and on the 6th floor have been absolutely amazing!!! I couldn't have received better care anywhere else.
