I had an appt at 12:30 to have a CT done, and my name wasn't called until 2pm. After going to the registration desk, another clerk realized that the opposite clerk never even signed me in . I was seen immediately and the tech that called me back continued to apologize and told me next time never sit longer than 30mins. I feel like the receptionist needs to be coached. Bad business will ruin a place that I have always taken pride in. Thanks have and great day -Jency B Miller

We are from out of town, husband's 02 dropped had to be incubated at MGH Bastrop and then transferred down here . ER was right on top of things . Started on him as soon as ambulance arrived checking for everything . This was on Sunday it's now Thursday we are still in ICU maybe going to room soon. We have had excellent care the entire time that we've been here. Only one issue! ! ICU waiting room could be more comfortable. I have been on the heart floor 317 South Tower. The entire staff has been so caring. When you call for any reason they are there. Even the lab and respiratory staff have been terrific. Kathy Pinkly and Dr Pearce are just wonderful. But I have to thank the most important person and that is God, because with out Him in my life I would not be anywhere.

My son Dayetric Metoyer was shot 10 times on October 14, 2016. Drs. Timmer, Cristakis, Lindsey, Dawd, Amy Griffin, Katz, Bass and PA'S Brian & Rachel, the SICU STAFF, the 7th floor nursing staff, respiratory staff, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and EVERYONE ELSE who played a part in keeping my son alive for nearly 7 months after all he went through! I will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!!! These people BLESSED ME WITH more time with my son after 51 surgeries and so much trauma. I could NEVER THANK YOU ALL OR REPAY YOU ALL FOR... read more
