Rapid Restoration did a terrific job for us! At 5:00am Sunday morning, we had an unexpected water leak on our main floor that went down through the basement ceiling. Dave Gates from Rapid came to our house within 1 hour of our call. His crew members arrived shortly after and set up blowers to dry the carpet, ceiling and wall where the leak occurred. Initially they had some glitches with their phone system, but David Gates got back to me within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable about handling my basement water problem and was the first representative to come to my house to assess the damage. His solution was the least disruptive to my family. We didn't have to move all of our stuff out of the basement for them to do the work. They handled moving all of our items around the basement as needed. They are very professional, and worked quickly to resolve my water issues. I have used them on two occasions. I also like the fact that they dealt directly with my insurance adjuster to garner payment.
