Rapid Restoration was excellent to work with on a water damage issue I had discovered. Rapid Restoration was quick to help me with my oven cleanup after a fire. After an emergency you want someone to be kind and understanding and their staff were all completely professional. We had a sewer backup that flooded our basement one Sunday evening, and Rapid Restoration was in the next day to help us document, assess and clean up the damage. With two working parents and a toddler in the household, this could have easily been a very overwhelming job, but they were kind, courteous, quick, and communicative, making us feel very relieved. The work they did was impeccable, too!

We had a sewer back up - my goodness, what a mess! Rapid Restoration was there very quickly to assess the damage and begin the clean up work. They definitely knew what they were doing. I'm not sure what we would have done without this experienced and professional team.

Rapid Restoration quickly came out and took care of the damage we had from an ice dam recently. They used state of the art drying equipment to dry out our walls and hard wood floors from water damage. They then managed the whole restoration project which kept me from having to worry about any of the details. The finished product was beautiful! - Vic

Highly recommended! About a year ago a water pipe behind our stove broke in the wall as a result of an improper installation of a “pot-filler” faucet. A LOT of water ran through the completely open valve behind the kitchen wall and down into a wall in a finished basement saturating quite a bit of the sheetrock. Our plumber recommended Rapid Restoration to come in and dry the interior walls before we ran into a mold problem.
