When my basement flooded on a Friday night I was fortunate to find Rapid Restoration. Chad was out within an hour, draining over an inch of water from my basement (due to tree roots in my pipes!). They dried out the entire basement...leaving hi powered fans and dehumidifiers for 3 days. They also had great contractors to replace the flooring and trim. Would recommend Rapid Restoration to anyone!

I felt like our recently-purchased house was falling apart from a plumbing issue. Rapid Restoration responded immediately and walked us through the process of mitigation and restoring our house to better-than-before! They live up to their name.
We had water a water line break in our lower level and woke to a mess. A friend gave me the phone number for rapid restoration and I gave Dave a call. He came very quick and started the clean up process. The carpet had to be replaced and they took care of that as well. We were very pleased with the work. Would recommend.
My washing machine broke and would not stop filling. Unfortunately we did not realize this until at least an hour after turning it on and water overflowed everywhere. Our carpet in the adjacent bedroom, and the pergo flooring in the bath and living room were soaked. After three weeks of calls and waiting for my insurance company's "preferred" contractor to get moving (water damage was spreading the entire time), a trusted fried recommended I call Rapid Restoration. Dave was on site within hours and was on the job the next day. I was treated respectfully and the work was carefully completed. They left the house in great shape. I will call them first if I need help again!
Great overall experience. Rapid Restoration was onsite immediately, and dealt with many of the insurance issues that typically vex homeowners. The work was performed with a high degree of craftsmanship, and I was impressed at how quickly it was performed. Highly recommended.
After realizing that I had water damage in my walls I called Rapid and they were here right when they said they would be. Once we disagnosed the problem it was fixed as promised. It was amazing how efficient they were!
