I went to Rapid Med today for ear and throat pain and was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Everyone was very sweet and I didn't feel like my visit was rushed. I have a couple of allergy meds and the doc went over those with me and made sure my Rx would work for me.

I love going to this place! I may have had to wait 3 hours for my appointment, but I waited in my bed and not in a waiting room! Plus I love this place because I feel like the doctor really listens and cares that I feel so awful!

I have been meaning to share comments about our experience here and just remembered when I found the card in my purse. We love love Rapid Med. Cierra is our girl, she is amazing and my goodness does she do her job well! We ask for Anton if possible too. He is wonderful! My kids love him! It is so great for my family to be able to have healthcare that is close to home that treats us like family!! Thanks for all you guys do!
I went to this clinic for chest pains. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Of course I was a bit shaken due to the pain. They did blood work, vitals, EKG and a chest X-Ray. I took off two rings to do the x-ray. When I got home I realized I didn't have my rings (one of which had been in my family for over 100 years). My husband immediately called them - they sent someone back to look for the rings but couldn't find them. I love the PA (I think her name is Jessica?) at Rapid Med Urgent Care. They truly care that I can't afford insurance and are always suggesting money saving tips on prescriptions and services. They are on time, clean, friendly and aggressively looking for a solution to my pain.
Great people! Great place! Cierra went above and beyond for us! Emily did our blood work and she was the sweetest! Such a laid back experience, definitely the best urgent care!!
