RecommendedIve been looking for a place to leave a review or comment on this clinic so I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Rapid Med. I'm not one to leave reviews but we had the absolute best experience here two days ago. Our nurses name was Cierra, she was such a gem. So impressed with this facility. The online appointment and confirmation is a WOW for customer service. No more waiting in the lobby for hours to get in. They tell you the optimal available time and you show up just minutes before the appointment. The doctors are top notch and I was in and out with exactly what I needed to start feeling better. I highly recommend Rapid Med!
After being referred to this clinic by other medical professionals a year ago, due to the fact I could not get anyone to see me for weeks even though my blood pressure was critically high because I would be a new patient, I have set them as my primary doctor in Flower Mound. I love that you call and they call you when they are ready to see you, which cuts down on the wait time. The office is open 7 days a week and at night until 9pm during the week. My husband went here when he got a very bad case of Poison Oak. He was in and out very quickly, received exactly what he needed to feel better, and all for the cost of a regular co-pay to a Drs office. So grateful for this office!
We've always been seen in a timely manner and the doctors, PAs, and staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and have treated us well. We will be lifelong patients.
