Great people, they really take their time and don't rush you out. There is a reason why the wait is so long, because they do a fantastic job.
Used home care services today and had an amazing experience! From start to finish it was pleasant! The Doctor was here within an hour from my call and treated my 3 year old just like her pediatrician would. She took her time, played with her doll and didn't rush. She explained each and every thing and was incredibly thorough and friendly. I am so thankful for this service!

I used the house call today for the first time and it was great! It was so nice to not have to drag both kids somewhere. I didn't have to wait long after calling for them to arrive and it was so easy for my son to be seen at home instead of a doctors office. We will definitely be using them again!
They staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. And you just call and let them know you need to be seen. They call you back when it's time to come in so your not setting in the office for very long. Very pleased with the whole place.
Pleasant except for the need to fill in the same forms when we got there as what we did 4 hours earlier online. Then waited an hour to see someone after they told us to come in. Not a very "Rapid" experience.
I love Rapid Med Urgent Care. I'm so thankful they are right down the street. Everyone is so caring and accommodating.
