This is the second time I've been to Rapid Med & they are fantastic! I waited at home until they called about half an hour before they were ready for me. Short waiting time in the waiting room, short waiting time after I was done with the nurse before the doc came in. Only minor complaint was they were out of flu tests (not surprising), so they couldn't confirm whether or not I have it. Everyone is so nice & professional. We use The Colony location quite frequently (unfortunately) and have always gotten great service there. I love the convenience of having them so close by and readily available when we need them. It is great to be able to login online and wait at home until it is your turn...then we are in and out rather quickly. I highly recommend them.

My daughter had all of the flu symptoms when I checked in online. They were quick to call when they opened, saw us quickly and had her tests completed and medicine called in quickly. They were thorough and very good with her!
