LOVE LOVE LOVE RAPID MED! Always friendly and very helpful. The ability to make an appointment online and get text when your turn is ready is fantastic. Nothing worse than to sit in a waiting room for hours when you do not feel good. The care is fantastic.
Love the online check in. Texted as promised within 15 minutes to give us the wait time and then called to give us actual time to arrive. We were in the waiting room only minutes before we were taken back to see the doctor. During this crazy flu season ~ remarkable. Everyone very professional, nice and attentive. The doctor & nurse were very informative and patient with this mom. Definitely will ALWAYS recommend Rapid Med.
