So today I called for a taxi been getting them for years then when it comes to them taking a baby puppy in the car they say sorry we don’t have a friendly pet taxi at the moment meaning none at all who will take a pet in the taxi so I tried a different company max they was just as bad also they should be more taxi drivers out there that are pet friendly that is what needs to happen soon as

This morning he doing very bad service and very bad speaking they don't have to respect for customer never ever I'm not ordered a taxi for that taxi station🤮🤮🤮

Got a taxi from Darwen to Blackburn with my small dog, no problem at all, everything was great. But when I got a taxi to go black from Blackburn to Darwen, again with my small dog, turns out I have to pay a pets fee? I did the request for the taxi. I have searched the entire app for a pets ride and still can't find one.

Stop blocking driveways on a dropped curb and disabled access its inconsiderate and they are rude if you say anything, there are signs up for a reason if you can't read English you shouldn't be driving and learn to drive properly and the law
