have had a very frustrating experience with this GP surgery. Every time you call, you are kept on hold for a very long time, sometimes up to 40 minutes, and the system repeatedly says you are number two in the queue. Despite waiting so long, the call is often never answered, which makes it feel like patients are being left on hold until they eventually give up. I was told I had to download the app to book an appointment, which was frustrating enough, but when I finally got it set up there were absolutely no appointments available. Not a single one. I then spent ages on hold trying to call the surgery instead, only to eventually get through to a receptionist who sounded completely uninterested and bored. The surgery sent a message via the NHS app in late January for me to make an appointment for an Atrial Fibrillation, so I made the appointment in person and accepted the only availability in late April. I then receive a message directly from the surgery informing of the cancellation of the appointment and to make another appointment. So, I made another visit to the surgery only to be told they cannot make an appointment. Why ask patients to make appointments if you can't make appointments?
