We smoke some of the best barbecue on the planet--pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked steak, and smoked chicken. We make our own marinade, rub, and barbecue sauce, and we smoke with hickory cut right here on our mountain. Our Friday barbecue dinners have mountain music, bonfire, and storytelling. Great place to disconnect from your cell phone!!! People who "work" there make you feel like family. I would go back tomorrow!! Amber and Brad went above and beyond! Joe even played in the rain with us while gemming! Could have not asked for anything more!!
