We smoke some of the best barbecue on the planet--pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked steak, and smoked chicken. We make our own marinade, rub, and barbecue sauce, and we smoke with hickory cut right here on our mountain. Our Friday barbecue dinners have mountain music, bonfire, and storytelling.
