The people...they are compassionate and professional... My service was completed when estimated and the service did not cost as much at I was expecting-thank you Honda service center!
I actually did not have the best first experience with them regarding quoted wait time vs actual wait time for my vehicle but Chris redeemed them and made sure I was well taken care of for my inconvenience. I believe in integrity, I will give them a 2nd chance because of that!
RecommendedThe last 3 services have been very smooth & quick. They always get the job done as estimated and on time. My last service was rear brakes and it didn't cost as much as I thought and they made an effort to save me on the work. Good job guys!

I took my sons 2013 Impala in as the check engine light was on. I had no idea why. John G was my service writer and he let me know all that was needed was an oil change! He went over what was done and what may be needed in the future (2 new tires - which I knew about). I appreciated the honesty and integrity that was shown. Most places would say you need 4 tires or new brakes, but not RSM Honda. Would highly recommend John to friends. Everyone there was very friendly! Thanks again John!!
In the service dept., George and Michael were very helpful, however Doug never called me back after I left 3 messages! I’ve only used them for the airbag situations but they are always friendly.
I went to RSM Honda for oil change. My service writer was Michael Fernandez. There was few car’s ahead of me. He managed to finish it on time. The place is clean and staffs are friendly. I give them 5 stars.
RSM Honda is the best... for the last 34 years I have been with you.... purchasing a new car to maintenance. Your facility is clean... love your coffee & popcorn. Most of all Mick Fernandez is great adviser as pertains to needs of my car. Too bad I had to leave this place ... moving to Las Vegas mid December.
