I had my regular service performed today. I am very pleased with their online system. I scheduled an appointment easily, then today I was kept informed in writing of recommendations and findings. I was able to even conveniently pay the bill online, making check out even smoother. My service advisor Chris was very pleasant, and clearly focused on providing good service with appropriate, and friendly, communications. I've had consistently positive service experiences with both of our Honda vehicles from RSM Honda.
