Had to tell your service people what was wrong with my car. Only JC took the time to research my suggestion as to what was wrong. It was a software problem and my VIN number was included. Two years ago my son-in-law had the same problem and it took three times to convince his dealer what to check (in his state). I gave your service people the letter as to the problem, but apparently they ignored me ( an older lady). Also apparently it is a 2017 CRV problem with a 7page document detailing the problem/fix.
