Tried to rip me off because I'm a woman. Tried to charge me additional by claiming I needed additional service, that was already included in the coupon. Thought I didn't know anything about brake pads, cuz I'm female. Then they wouldn't let me take the shuttle because I live 12miles which is outside their 10mile shuttle service. I hate coming here and whenever I can I take my car to another dealership!
