I have been seeing Dr. Mar for the last 16 years. I've never had a problem with any of his work (crowns or fillings.) Office staff is friendly. Regular dental cleanings are very thorough.
There was miss communication between staff members. Six people went ahead of us. Had to bring it to staff's attention and then we were matched with the wrong service because the paperwork was never read. My child was waiting in pain in the lobby while staff was trying to figure out what we were there for. The dentist was very good with my child and this is the only reason why we would consider going back. However, as a first time patient there I was not impressed with how confused the administrative staff seemed to be.
Hygienist was awesome! Friendly and gentle. Jenna is always a delight at the front desk. A very easy and painless experience.
I really appreciate the service, professionalism and personality of my hygienist (regretfully - I can't remember her name at this time). She does a super job and her personality is a great enhancement.
Tired of always being trying to be sold stuff! It gets annoying!
I have felt less pressure at a used car dealership. I have already switched dentists. The people were nice - just very aggressive at selling unnecessary things.
Confusing appointment with dentist.
I was disappointed that they got my (Jeanette) appt and Jack's mixed up and changed them around without consulting me first. When I had scheduled the appts I purposefully made them one after the other so that Jack and I wouldn't be apart and then they tried to split us up. 5 year olds should not be attending appts without their parent in the room. Patients should be consulted before appts are changed.
Best dental care I have received since I can remember.
