I usually see the hygienist Elyse, who is excellent! However my past visit I had someone new and unfortunately she had very poor hygiene which made my experience not great at all. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed. She also didn't give me a new toothbrush, floss, etc. which isn't a big deal but it would have been nice to have the extras. Lastly I waited for a while to see the dentist to have he/she check my teeth and they were busy with other patients so I wasn't able to have feedback from them. I live about 40 minut... read more

We haven't had an issue in the past with hygienists but Rachel's recent appointment left her very upset and in pain. She had been to her cleaning 6 months prior and had no issues at all with her gums beside tartar build up in places. The hygienist who did her cleaning this time was very unfriendly, very rough with her and came across as being angry at both my daughter and I! Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment right away to see the dr. and he provided some additional & helpful things for my dental work; I will be transferring my dental provider to his office and will be seeing the dr for services in the near future.
Excelent care and a wonderful staff.
