Everyone in the at Rancho Niguel Dental is very helpful and courteous. Catherine always does a great job when she cleans my teeth. She was very accommodating when she took my x-rays. Dr. Stern is the best, she always takes good care of my dental needs. I am a happy patient!
Very first visit but so far so good.
I brought my 3 year old twins in for their first appointment. After a lot of confusion on the phone about why they couldn't just refer out a pediatric dentist, we scheduled the appointments with the understanding that the dentist would see them -- and ONLY if there was a problem, would refer them out. When we got there -- the first person seemed annoyed that the kids were there. Then they said they don't see kids under 4. The dentist only came to see them for a second after I asked. I have been a patient with Rancho Niguel dental for 10+ yrs. My treatments & service has always been FIRST CLASS!
I was disappointed that my insurance situation was not realized before I showed up for my appt and was sitting in the chair. Was that my bad??..... I guess so, either way.. I learned a big lesson. To ask what my insurance covers and how much will my cleaning cost.
