Needed to get my night guard adjusted. Had no problems getting appt for next day. Went in no wait time . Had it Djusted within 15 minutes and on my way. Been going her for I think 20 years. Love this place. The doctors and staff.
Staff is very professional and friendly.

The most frustrating part was waiting 35 min past my appointment time. It's fine that my hygienist was running behind but it would've been nice being warned an hour before the appointment time or even when I arrived. I strongly considered rescheduling and leaving. Also since she was in such a hurry my cleaning took 25 instead of 30 min. It's not too much of a time difference but I feel that teeth cleaning should not be rushed, especially when it only happens 2x a year.

Wendy Lu is amazing. What I liked is she explained the reasons why without scaring me into getting more work done. Knowing how things can effect your body and overall system made me finally understand the reasons why (instead of just saying if you don't do it you will need this and that - then that almost scares you into not doing it), but explaining what it does to your overall health by not taking care of your teeth was enlightening.
