Just wish I could spit saliva into the little bowl and rinse my mouth out with a little cup that fills up with water. I'm not too keen on the suction hose and water spray. Would prefer the old way.

The experience was not good. My mouth is sore and I have cuts inside my mouth. The person that took the x-rays was the worst ever. I was visibly uncomfortable and complained she was hurting me. She suggested it was my problem because my mouth was "too small". I felt rushed through the whole appointment. I have been to dentists all my adult life and have never had such a bad experience. I am not looking forward to going back and will look for another office that accepts my insurance.

I feel I was mislead concerning the actual cost of the service that was performed. The upgrade for the crown sounded like it was mandatory, not an option. The person that checked me out was argumentive with me on what I wanted done and what she said should be done concerning the upgraded crown. I didn't want to upgrade and she acted like I had to. I was going to have more work done but I'm not sure now.

I have been with Rancho Niguel Dental for at least 15 years now. The staff are always friendly, understanding,caring and knowledgeable. I always recommend them to my friends and family. They make the "dental" experience as pain free as possible:)
