Everyone is always very friendly and frofessional
Christine, oral hygienist is excellent. Wait time minimal. Office procedures run very smoothly. Have been a patient for 12 years and experienced two other dental offices in Orange County previously and Laguna Naguel Dental is by far and away top drawer.

I was without insurance for many years and was really scared to go back to see a dentist. No one in your practice ever made me feel ashamed. They just explained what treatment I would need and took care of me gently. My husband and daughter are patients as well.
Waited an hour past my scheduled appt time. I was getting up to walk out when they called me back. The visit was okay. Nothing special.

The one thing I would take into consideration: At the end of the appointment and the planning of the next cleaning appointment, I'd like to have someone explain to me the extra charges that were brought up that is a bit more knowledgeable about the procedures recommended---other than the "front office" staff member that makes appointments and collects copays. It should be the hygienist or dentist themselves...as the cost of the cleaning could go from $45 total for basic, to $275 total for what is "suggested!"
