My family and I have been going to Rancho Niguel Dental for many years and have always been greeted with your courteous and professional staff. Yesterday was the first time we were not. Your hygienist, Nicole, was so unfriendly it was shocking. There was no interaction before or after my son's appointment. I felt as if we were bothering her. I pray this isn't an ongoing occurrence!!
