This is pretty simple, I have been going to the dentist for years. I have been part of the Rancho Practice for almost 15 years and during this time 90% of it I get Catherine and she is the best Tech that I have ever had over my years of seeing a dentist. She is a true asset to this practice and always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Because of this I will never leave the Rancho Office.
Very professional, technically competent + Very customer oriented! It was appreciated that my "regular" hygienist checked in with me during the appointment with Kristine.
My hygienist, Elyse, and my dentist, Dr. Stern are the best. This office is full of friendly staff and run very professionally.
They are caring and thoughtful check in frequently on how you are feeling.
The dental hygenist I had was very pushy and treated me like a child, I am 32 years old. I recently had a baby and so my gums were a little sensitive and bled a little more than they usually would and she made it seem like I had severe gingivitis and made me feel like the next time I came in I would be sure to need more extensive treatment that would cost me a great deal of money. My family has been going to Rancho Niguel Dental for years and w have had great experiences every time. The staff is friendly and we feel like we are in good hands. My kids also enjoy their visits and the staff is great with them.
Dr. Mar and Staff Provide Caring Dental Care. For me going to the dentist can be very scary. Dr. Mr and his caring staff helped me relax. They are caring, thorough, clear in explanations and I highly recommend them.
Catherine was the hygenist, and she did a good job. I had also booked an appointment with Dr. Stern for the same day/time but was told she was too busy to see me that day. AFter I expressed my displeasure with Catherine, she asked Dr. Stern 2 times if she would see me; she said no both times. Finally, I could wait in the waiting room until she had time to see me, but no one could tell me how long that would be. I said I wouldn't wait and went to check out. I want my dentist to want to see me. I haven't seen her in over a year. The available dentist who looked at my X-rays this week said "everything's great." That's a new one.
