Excellent Service! Dr Stern explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I, particularly, commend Tina from the billing desk. She was very nice and patient with me and my husband. We asked her tons of questions and she just dealt with it knowledgeably and answered everything with a big smile on her face. This is just the coolest dental place to go to.
Elyse is fabulous!! Extremely professional and strives to work with the client to accommodate for needs and still give quality care.
My husband and I have been patients of Ranco Niguel Dental for about three years. We have always been happy with the service whether it is for dental treatment or cleaning and maintenance. We certainly recommend Alyse as we can confidently say she is the best hygienist we've ever had.
This was our 4-year olds first official visit to the dentist - and we couldn't believe just how great it went. From her normally apprehensive fearful approach to new experiences - we were blessed with the BEST dental hygienist we could have ever hoped for! Our daughter is now obsessed with flossing!
I am always disappointed that I have to wait past my appointment time to be seated, this visit 25 minutes. I took my daughter out of school for the appointment, and she was missing valuable lecture instruction due to your inefficiencies. Never in all my years of coming to this office have I not had to wait. Adjust your appointment scheduling to correct this issue. In addition, I was not informed prior to my visit that my scheduled hygienist would no be perform the cleaning.
My appt was with Bethany so I was shocked when 'Kim' came to get me. She explained she was standing in for Bethany who was out for the day. I would have appreciated being called so I could have changed to another day with Bethany. Turned out Kim was fine, but it seemed rude not to be notified in advance.
You referred me to Dr. Manesh who is very good and also very very expensive. Would prefer a less expensive referral.
Rancho Niguel Dentist should be the new model on how a dentist office should be run. I especially like the dentists as well. I am thrilled to have found my dentist for life.
As the benefits administrator for my company, I have referred several people to this practice as well as several personal friends over the years.I have been a patient myself for several years and always book my cleaning appts with Bethany. When I showed up for my appt yesterday, I had been rescheduled with another staff member. As a courtesy to me, I would have appreciated the opportunity to keep the appt or reschedule with Bethany.
