After 2 weeks of trying to get my car repaired, Ford can't fix a Ford and sent us on our way with a broken car. And they LOST my car keys. And nobody here seems to care. Buyer beware.
I recently purchased a new/used truck from Ramsey Ford. I generally hate the hassle and negotiations of buying a new vehicle but Ramsey handled it well. No pressure, just honest negotiations that became a win/win for both of us. So far, so good. I'm happy with my truck. I haven't used their service department yet.
My car broke down on my way home to Pennsylvania and I had it towed to Ramsey. The service staff were very professional, helped me to laugh during a frustrating situation, and were able to accommodate me. It only took two days for them to get it in and fix it under a factory recall issue. I didn't pay a dime out of pocket! Iv had a relationship with Ramsey's for a while on a couple different levels. Derek has always taken care of me and made things happen! The have my business for life for truck sales and parts, I deal with Chris and Jared on a daily basis and both of those departments are spot on! Thanks for all the help and always being a phone call away.
