Ramsey Ford is a great place! They treat you like family!
I have always had good experiences at Ramsey Ford. The people in the service department are always very courteous, and they work quickly. I would've given 5 stars, but I had to pay $20 for one rear windshield wiper. I highly recommend this place!
I liked working for Ford and Mark the owner, but the service department was sketchy. The shop foreman is a lazy finger pointing thief and most of the younger mechanic can barely do their jobs. So buying a car at Ramsey is great, just take it elsewhere to get worked on
I put a deposit on a vehicle that Ramsey had and was going to pick it up after work to find out the low class dealership sold it on me.

We have bought most of our vehicles from Ramsey Ford! They have the best service department as well as salesmen. Our experience with these guys has been amazing and we will never go anywhere else! I'd like to give a shout out to Derek and Teresa for all their hard work! And Teresa...thanks for making me test drive the truck!! It's Amazing and I'm sure our girl Ruby will enjoy her new home!
