Not very happy I bring my car to be repaired by a ford technician to be done right and when I get a final price of repair cost and I contact another ford dealer and prices don’t match up it’s a little disappointing. Especially since I didn’t have to bring it to ford in the first place expected more from such a big name. Never do business with Ramsey again!!!
We have bought 13 new vehicles from Ramsey Ford since 2003. I can not say enough about the outstanding service we have received from both the Sales and Service staff over the years. We have looked elsewhere over the years but always ended up back at Ramsey when it came time to buy our new Ford. That says a lot about the staff and is a direct result of the way they have taken care of us over the years.
I've bought several vehicles over the years from this dealership. Always top notch in all they do. I'm a local so it's really good to have a great dealer and service department so close. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hats off to a job well done!!!!!
Awesome people here. Very low pressure and they treat you like family. I’ve bought several vehicles here and always have a great experience. Had service done today on my F-150 and the service advisor Kym was very professional and very friendly!
