Just wanted to post a note on how much I appreciate Ramsey Ford and Jeff Carhart. Jeff and the Ramsey Team exceed my expectations by communicating with me throughout my repair actions. I asked Ramsey Ford for a second opinion on a recommended head gasket replacement for my 2009 F250. Jeff and the team listened to me, discussed what the truck was doing and how it works and we jointly determined and agreed that the issue was not a head gasket but the regen process. We have not yet had the vehicle serviced that we dropped off so it is difficult to write an accurate review. I will say that we made the choice to take our vehicle here after having a diagnosis at another Ford Place - a place that we had no confidence in due to their lack of ability to find the problem and a week later telling us the vehicle needed $8,000 in repairs.
