Ramsey Ford in Rising Sun and their Service Department have been amazing to work with. We had my 2016 Escape towed in at less than 40K due to extensive damage on the rear differentials, and their Service Desk called me same day it arrived (actually within 2 hours) with a diagnosis, showed me the parts order to assure me they were working on it, and offered me a loaner vehicle with no questions asked.
