A returning very happy customer as of 12 years ago. Great Customer service, great knowledge and advice given before purchasing, very quick with coming to take measurements at the beginning of the following week, by the end of that week i had a full carpeted house!! Amazing job done by Kev! Absolutely love the carpets and would 1000% recommend to everyone! I honestly didn't look elsewhere at other carpet shops... I cannot believe the experience I've just had in store! I spent just over £200 yesterday on wallpaper and other bits, but was refused a refund for a £6.99 packet of wallpaper paste that was purchased as an afterthought and I never kept the receipt. This was despite the transaction being found on your till as it was the following one from the £200 wallpaper purchase. I'm totally shocked.
