Just wanted to leave a review to say how much I’ve appreciated Aimee’s help today, she really saved the day. She was very empathetic, kind and helpful!
Absolutely terrible, no help given at appointment then after requesting repeat prescriptions on the nhs app the GP rejected and no one even bothered to inform me. The prescriptions were for my high blood pressure and an anti cancer drug to hopefully prevent a recurrence. They are usually issued automatically but after joining this surgery a GP rejected with no contact and no information. Didn’t bother to inform me so I ran out of medication. I have also had a problem in the past for a relative registered with them.
