I’ve been Dr. Perubamba’s patient since 2013, he’s always taken the time to ask and listen to my symptoms. His front office and assistants are the best. I can say without a doubt that I’m still working and living more or less a normal life thanks to my current treatment and his expertise.
1 star. I was seen 12/18/2025 by Dr. Ramani Peruvemba (Holy Cross / Trinity Health Pain Management, inside Holy Cross Hospital Silver Spring). I’m visibly disabled. Nobody provided clear directions for where to enter, hospital check-in, accessibility routing, or parking logistics. In a hospital setting, that’s basic. The appointment itself ended in a way that still shocks me: the staff eventually helped me with a wheelchair, but once I went to the restroom, and came back, Dr. Peruvemba had already left. Great doctor very knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem pretty much immediately after my first set of injections everything was great. Assistant were very efficient Friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. P was very calm and And explained everything that was going on during the whole procedure very relaxing looking forward to the follow up for some more injections. Pain seem to have been subsided immediately I would highly recommend Dr. P and his practice to anyone.
After years of suffering with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome I continue to visit Dr. Peruvemba for possible treatment or advice on my condition. Very well informative and I’m comfortable with his treatment advice.
