Poor hotel. Could smell pot smoking. Will never go back.
Were writing to the head it was ridiculous it was better my first time here
Bathroom was FILTHY. I used my black light. Asked for another room. Was offered a room which was WORSE and it stank from smoke. Lock on door broke. At 220 AM the smoke detector started beeping. No answer at desk. Had to bang it hard to get it to stop. Worse Ramada hotel I ever stayed at. This place needs a TOTAL DECON. We will not book it for our next convention. Their loss. We had mutiple rooms and they all needed a good cleaning.
Check in time was 3pm, arrived at 3:15, room not ready. 4:30, informed room was "clean". Used spoons on the dresser, crayons and food on the carpet. Somebody's clothing in the dresser... Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I cannot rate the place any lower than one star, but if I could I would.
