My daughter & her boyfriend had a great time @ prom. 5/20/16
Been sitting in lobby for a half a hour now to check in and no one is at the desk. Who is running this place, the inmates. Think the manager would be wondering why his staff just left the desk unattended. Finally after 45 min wait, was able to check in. Found out desk clerk was cleaning rooms because no cleaning staff on at night even on a busy holiday weekend that they were sold out on. Manager no where to be found. The room should have been much cleaner. The duvat cover needed to be replaced, and the bathroom floor and counter top scrubbed! The deodorizer was left on the side of the tub? The pillows were too small for a queen size bed. This hotel is in desperate need of modernization! Check out time is 11:00 am, yet housekeeping was waiting in the hall for us to leave at 9?
La toilette a débordé on a du changé de chambre au milieu de la nuit. Dans l'autre chambre pas mieu le bain est un danger il bougeait tout seul et était bouché. C'est inacceptable pour un hôtel à ce prix!
The hotel itself was eh... But Kim at the front desk is outstanding. She was very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make my kids happy. She's a great employee.
Room with double beds...Room was ok! Beds are super comfy...Bathroom Very Small...definitely kind of outdated hotel more just to sleep in not spend days in. The guy in charge seems to be friendly but not the other staff who never seems to greet you while coming and going kind of rude if you ask me mainly the reason why I'm even writing this review is the unfriendly staff
Stay here if a last resort. Not the cleanest or most up to date hotel.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. You can tell they have recently done some upgrades. The complimentary water and snacks are a great bonus. The complimentary hot full breakfast was fantastic. I really don't see any way you could give this hotel a bad review. I will definitely stay again. Thank you.
