Our stay at the Ramada was horrific. We booked a king size bed just to find out they overbooked and were unable to refund us, we ended up getting two full size beds. We were welcomed with an excessive amount of dirt, bugs & a repulsive stench. Our pillows were dirty, our shower was filthy (we couldn’t even use it), we had bugs on our ceiling, the ceiling was warped, the dresser was filthy, and the bed looked like it was made by a child. The sidewalk leading up to the front door was covered in broken glass. They asked me to leave the premises when I reported it
Never ever again!!! Our first room had a chair and needle right outside the window!! Moved rooms, wasn’t changing my daughter getting stuck by any other needles. The next room had no working tv or phone!! There was pipe with stuff in it right outside!! Informed staff and it was like they didn’t care at all. This place is beyond gross!!
The card keys hardly worked. Had to constantly go to the front desk to get them to work. Either the Elevators didn't work or you got stuck in them. It was a horrible experience and not ADA compliant. No manager on duty. Wyndam should end their relationship. I saw a lot of unhappy people who were angry and frustrated with the lack of customer service.
The place is a dump! We checked the reviews before we booked it and they were mostly good. I'm a little confused with the website ratings, they must be able to alter or delete the bad reviews!! Our room was fairly clean, but the grounds were dirty. Long grass, weeds , cigarette butts all over and the trash cans were over flowing . One elevator worked and the lobby was not very clean! I would not recommend it to anyone! You get what you pay for!!!!!!!
ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKING. air conditioner didn't work, food was not good , only hot water and not cold, the manager would not come out to talk to my family member about the room there was mold and one of the rooms and her daughter has asthma and they refused to refund the money. I would never recommend anybody.
