they got me for my money not right at all I cleaned was excited but it was so dirty like from the gym to laundry room front desk rude the manager said I'm not getting my money back this Is crazy they had bed bugs creepy boys salen drugs I'm upset was there for a vacation for 4 days only had one day an paid on phone to book an then 138 in person

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff and manager are really incompetent and the cleaners must be blind, because the kind of disgusting things you will find in this place will make you question whether you are in a hotel or in a brothel.
management was extremely unprofessional and violating New York State health regulations by not wearing a mask. I don't recommend anybody who wants to live a long healthy life to stay at this hotel it was something disgusting

The general manager Murphy is very creepy there is a lot of mold in the building the rooms are dirty they don’t care about you all they want is money motel 6 is better this hotel needs to be reported some one is going to get really sick
desperately needs a refurb
For anyone reading the reviews and wondering, “Could this place really be that bad?”, the answer is resoundingly “Yes.”. Rooms are filthy, walls are thin, which means you hear everything, we got pretty constant wafts of pot smoke in our room coming from who knows where, mold and questionable stains in bathrooms, etc. Just save yourself. There may be a few employees who care and are trying, but I believe it’s just too far gone. On the plus side, our mattress was comfortable and clean. In a word: RUN!
The rooms are disgusting, management doesn't care. I changed rooms five times between 1am and 3am because our toilet overflowed. The next room was occupied. The next room hadn't been cleaned. The next room didn't open. The next room had no beds, only chairs. The last room is covered in cigarette ash, has a broken hairdryer, smells, and has no lock. And hookers. I was offered $45 off of my stay. They can't comp because they "have expenses". What are they spending this money on? It's clearly not for a cleaning staff.
