I was clueless with this whole process. I am a first time home buyer and it couldn't have went any easier. With their expertise and team effort the Ram group provided details of every part of the process. They expect questions even if you think is a "dumb" one ask because they will treat it seriously and make sure you know exactly what you're signing off on. Wouldn't have been able to do it without them.

Recently, the buyer of our home offered more than the asking price. Our home sold within a week of listing. Useful tips for the home photo session were offered. Members of the real estate team are always courteous and helpful any time of the day or evening.
