I have dealt with several realtors and working with Mr. Larry Baker was by far the best. Always responsive,extremely helpful, hard working, professional and has integrity. What started off as a very stressful process he ( and Mr.Frank Gorrasi of Cincinnati Federal )made enjoyable and stress free.

Rakesh and his associates made the home buying experience such a pleasure. They were there for us whenever we needed them and made the process easy, straightforward, and fun. We decided to sell our house due to our family growing in size and needing more living space. Rakesh listened to all of our parameters and we eventually pinned down a house that was perfect for our family. I would definitely recommend Rakesh and his group and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We sought out the Rakesh Ram group because we wanted somebody who could sell our home quickly and professionally... the tips about staging the house and the photographer that was used and the network this group has was the difference maker in my opinion.
