My husband and I have used other realtors and none can hold a candle to Mr. Ram. He is the best ever ! His attention to our needs was exceptional. He and his staff treated us like friends, not just clients. Highly, highly recommended him.

Lorra was awesome through the whole process. She went out of her way several times to accommodate my hours. I felt like she really had my best intetest at heart. I also recommended her to my son to sell his house. My friend also sold a house and used Rakesh and his team and said he would never use another agent because he is the best.

We had Lorra Ripperger She was very knowledgeable about our locations of choice. able to tell us about the tax rate for that area, history of houses, history of the area, very knowledgeable about the schools. Had good relationships with other realtors. My husband and I work different shifts and she was great at working around our schedules. I emailed about a foreclosure. I did not hear back from them for over a week. Rakesh finally emailed to ask how my experience was going. Once informed that I hadn't heard back after the initial welcoming email from Lorra I then began the process of looking into the house via Lorra. By this point the house was off of the market and I was never given a showing. Rakesh has a very keen sense of the market. He was very good at understanding our needs for our next home as well as what we needed to do in order to sell our current home.
