I contacted Rakesh to sell our house because of his reputation of getting the job done. We tried to sell our house a few years ago but after a long drawn out process it didn't end will. Rakesh came in with his team and helped us make the changes we needed to get the house ready to market. He did not over price the house but helped us set a price that was fair. The result, we sold our house in 2 days and closed in a month.
