As this was my first experience in selling a home I was very much in the dark regarding the process. Rakesh sold our home as a pocket listing over winter months prior to us listing in the spring. He brought multiple buyers through and quickly found the perfect buyer who is also letting us rent from them until our new home is ready. The buyer was casually looking when Rakesh brought them through.

Rakesh and Mitchel Ram did the best possible job for us in finding a home ! The home buying process was a bit stressful, but these guys made it as smooth and easy for us as they possibly could.
