Everytime I take my German Shepherds here, they are treated with the most compassionate care, and in a timely manner. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to be helped, and today we had an emergency, and they responded hours faster than the emergency room (and at a reasonable price). I will not take my pets anywhere else!
I moved to a different area of the metro but still bring my fur babies to Ralston. They are always there to answer my questions (no matter how ridiculous). They never make me feel neglectful if I'm a month behind on shots. They were there for me emotionally when I had to put down my beloved kitten, Stitch. Great people, great place.
I am a second generation client. My parents brought our dogs to the original office when we were growing up. Everyone their is caring and wonderful!
We had to take in our sweet Libby (Gordon Setter) in because she was having issues. The staff and doctors are awesome. We always feel our dogs are getting the best care ever!!!
Dr. Kennedy was great! They fit me into their schedule and were very attentive and luckily everything turned out ok ! Really liked Dr. Kennedy and how she treated Blossom and SweetPea.
Been taking my pets here for 4 years... they are so gentle & kind here! We won't go anywhere else!!
My family has been going to Ralston Vet for over 13 years. They are amazing! Very compassionate, gentle, & knowledgeable. If I'm willing to drive over 30 minutes to take my cats to the vet, you can bet they are great! Dr. Merkwan is the best kitty doctor I've ever dealt with.
3 days ago my beloved dog, (miniature pinscher) Casey, broke her leg. I came to Ralston Vet in complete desperation after calling several places, and being told that if I couldn't pay at time of service that I should surrender Casey to the humane society. After a recommendation from a friend I got a hold of the Ralston Vet Clinic. The whole team went above and beyond to take care of my sweet girl, who ended up needing an amputation.
