This is an additional comment to our little Sassy......thank you to all the other people who helped her this last month. No matter when we called we were always put thru to our vet/s. Also to all the other people we didn't even know who helped care for her. No matter how little or how long our pets are in our lives their paw prints will always be in our hearts. Thank you again!
For the last month we have worked with Dr. Jernigen and Dr. Merkwan. We took our cat Sassy in to find out why she was not herself. Dr. Jernigen told us right away that it was very serious and we would be in for a hard fight for Sassy to make it. Dr. Jernigen and Dr. Merkwan worked together to help us throughout the process. There's not enough great things I can say about Ralston Vet. Dr. Erickson is absolutely the best who always answers my many questions and he never seems bothered by them. Also, these past few days we've had the privilege to work with Dr. Demyan when our lab had an accident which resulted in her breaking part of the bone that holds her lower canine and incisors in place. She had to undergo surgery to have her canine and a few other teeth removed. She also took the time to answer my questions and never once did she make me fee... read more
Dr. Merkwan is the best. We have two dogs and a cat that we bring here, and he ALWAYS has answers to all of our many questions. He's also very knowledgable about their breeds and personalities, so we've learned a lot just talking with him. Our cat is also extremely difficult to handle but he's never given up and has instead put plans in place to make or visits go as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend Ralston and Dr. Merkwan!
Dr. Erickson is the best. Been coming here for 20 yrs. They give the best care.
Even though it is a big operation they take really good personal care of your pet
Ralston vet has some great vets. They will tell you the truth even when you really don't want to hear it.
