Dr. Jernigan and his staff took EXCELLENT CARE of my Bella. She had a piece of zip tie stuck in between her back teeth. I knew something was wrong but not what or why. He made multiple attempts to find the obstruction before she was sedated, but she got tired of cooperating, so sedation was necessary. The good Dr. found the zip tie (no idea where she got it) and pulled it out, a shot of antibiotics and we were on our way after she woke back up. My favorite Vets ever !!! Many years taking care of all my animals.
I never give 5 stars but what they did for my cat that had a breached kitten was amazing I have never seen a vet office care so much and not just out for the money they gave her nice clean blankets and played soft music to block out the noise of the office and other pets she passed the kittens after treatment with no issues now she is at home relaxed and healthy with her 3 healthy little ones just want to say thank you so much!!!!!!!
All the staff are amazing! They truly care about your pets, from sick, healthy, to helping you with letting them go and do such an amazing heartfelt job with you and your pets.
I love Ralston Vet. I've been bringing my dogs here for 13 years now. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is really clean, and the prices are fine. We've been there for a number of reasons outside of the annual exams, especially now that my dogs are seniors. We're always been treated well and the vets have always worked closely with us to determine the right course of action for treating whatever the problem is.
