RecommendedMy dog woke up with a swollen face. Called at 7:00 by 9:20 they were diagnosing his dental disease. They listened to my concerns about putting him under general anesthesia for dental work and agreed with me to see if antibiotic treatment would make him comfortable until I could decide if further treatment was necessary.
We recently had to put our sweet cat Lucy to sleep and I was so impressed with the care and compassion each staff member showed us. I can not imagine a better place for my animals to be cared for from beginning to end.
We just switched over and couldn't be happier! Everyone there is so helpful and awesome and gets us in super quick!
We always have great care with any of the vets. We especially Dr. Demyan and Dr. Kennedy!!
We recently had to put our dear Simon to sleep, and every one was so sweet, kind, caring and compassionate. I received your thoughtful condolence card in the mail today and it made me cry how many employees signed it. It is so apparent how much you all love what you do, and I’m so grateful we chose your clinic to care for our pups! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I’ve been taking my pets to them for years and have never had any complaints they are always pleasant and loving to my fur babies. They go the extra mile and call to call if I have been in with a sick baby to check on how they are doing
We had our first visit to Ralston Vet Clinic yesterday and were completely impessed with the entire staff. We already knew that Dr. Cary Wolter was an amazing Vet that we completely trusted; but, the rest of the staff we encountered were caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't imagine every taking a family member of ours anywhere else.
Everyone here is so kind and loving to pets and their owners. Dr. Wolter walked me through next steps, educating me along the way. I know that my pup is in great hands! She’s my best friend and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Thank you so much!
We were visiting town and had to take our dog to the emergency clinic. the next day we took him to Ralston Vet and saw Dr. Burbach for a recheck. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our dog could be kept comfortable for the weekend before we could get to the recommended specialists out of town. She was very thorough and caring and we will definitely return if we ever need veterinary care in Omaha again!
