Dr. Burbach and the amazing staff at Ralston Vet do such a great job with my "not so happy about going to the vet" dogs. Their knowledge about difficult dogs and the care they take to make the visit as low stress as possible for them is wonderful!
Refused to sell me tick prevention because I had to reschedule my dogs yearly check up. This is medication that can be sold online so I will be buying it there and going to a different local vet from now on.
I love the staff at Ralston Vet. I have taken my dog Abel here all his life. Yesterday I had to put my dog down which was so hard to do. The staff was right there every step of the way. Thank you for your wonderful care of Abel.
My dog Braska was seen by Dr. Burbach for a sudden paw issue that was causing pain. She was absolutely amazing! She explained all of our options after giving her diagnosis to us and had my dogs best interest at heart. In 10 years of different vets, she is by far the best!
Always very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for caring for our Tater for his eleven years with us. You were so caring and treated him with so much respect and love his last hour with us when we had to put him down. Great group of staff to work with!
They are so kind. Not only when we came in for shots and check ups, but when we had to put our dog down, they were incredible. Compassionate, patient and understanding.
Everyone is pleasant and helpful and they love their patients!!
